Following their first collaboration at Ensue in Shenzhen, Chef Jeff Wu and Chef Pam Pichaya reunite in Bangkok on 23 September 2026 for the next chapter of their culinary dialogue. At POTONG, two distinct perspectives shaped by Southern Chinese and Thai-Chinese culinary traditions come together, rooted in shared heritage yet informed by different places, memories and personal journeys.
